I had been once before for a polish and went well. Got nails and toes done for a party on this occasion. It was bit dirty and messy in the salon. The nail file used on me looked over used so didnt feel sanitary. The nail technician was good sorted a split in my nail but when i took the nail polish off a week later there is a green stain in that nail which is strange when the nail polish was white nude colour. My toes wernt dried enough so my big toe nails were smudged when i got home.
Its very much a nail bar where your nails are quickly done which isnt a bad thing. But not much communication whether I'm happy with the shape or length..was left for them to dry for a long time but overall felt rushed. The nail technician was nice but filed the tops of my nails near the cuticals really harsh and i have dents im now growing out. There were some jagged edges i had to file when i got home too. But the colour was nice and lasted week. Was okay.
. I was waiting for 20 minutes and I’m not someone to complain either because I understand it’s a popular salon. I was told I had left my infills for too long which made me feel guilty because although I was paying for a nail to be replaced the others were in tact. I love getting my nails done but with the cost of living I’ve had to wait longer than I’d have liked to have my infills. Yes nails are classed as a luxury and not a necessity but I don’t need to explain my financial situation
