I’m so disappointed in Beau Tribu. I used to find their services so good but the last few times I’ve been so disappointed. They don’t listen to what I want, some treatments have actually been painful (!) and even if I try to pick a specific therapist I still end up with someone else. One of the therapists actually smacked my hand or foot when they want me to change position (lightly, but still!!). I unfortunately won’t be going back.

Always very polite and friendly. Have never had a bad manicure or pedicure here. Previous gels lasted 4 weeks (could probably even have waited another week before renewing).
