This is the first negative review I’ve ever written but this place certainly deserves one. Very unprofessional service. I turned up at the salon for my appointment just to be told that they didn’t know about my appointment?! The woman at reception kept on repeating ‘ouch’ which, quite frankly, was rather comical and extremely unprofessional. The manicurist was stood there with nothing to do but adamant that she was ‘busy’ until 12pm. Wasted my time and all they could say was ‘ouch’.
Indeed an ‘ouch’ place with unprofessional staff.

Very clean luxury shop.the staff is very friendly and helpful.and the best tanning beds i ever been in london
A small place but both the technicians were really friendly and funny, and the manicure & colour were perfect!

A new, small modern tanning shop. Staff is friendly and their sunbed bulbs are strong. Highly recommend to pay a visit.
