For me the location was difficult to find. However Rozie helped me to find it at the second attempt and offered me a 30 min dermabrasion treatment.
My deep tissue massage with Rozie was fantastic and much better than other places I have gone that are more expensive. I would definitely recommend and will be going back soon, I have booked two massages! Many thanks to Rozie.
The facial itself was quite nice and Lucy was lovely and made me feel comfortable but the venue itself was not what you typically expect from a beauty salon. I would pay extra money and have a more pampering experience in a normal beauty salon next time.
Whilst the lady herself was pleasant, the massage & venue was not. I personally found it disappointing. and will not re-use
The location is definitely unexpected which took me by surprised but the treatments are great. My deep tissue massage with Rozie was fantastic and better than other places I have gone that are more expensive. Rozie made me feel really welcome, checking in after I made the booking and on the day ensuring I found the venue correctly.
Olivia did my eyebrows and i am really happy with them. Both Rozie and Olivia really listened to what I wanted so my advice would be to have a specific shape in mind. Olivia really is a perfectionist so you will leave with amazing eyebrows. My only concern was that my appointment ran over quite substantially, which isn't ideal for an evening appointment. None the less it is a clear statement to their customers service and experience - taking the time to ensure you leave happy.
I would definitely recommend and will be going back. Thank you Rozie and Olivia!
