From start to finish Emma welcomed my teenage daughter niece & I, like we already knew each other. Beautiful energy and atmosphere and laughed & chatted away with the girls while she had her ears pierced and the chocolate went down a treat afterwards! Emma is so lovely and made me feel very welcome as it was my first time at this venue. She helped choose the right colour for my brows and did precise measurements to make sure they were evenly shaped - they now look amazing! I will definitely be back!
