Jenna is a qualified Reiki practitioner and former Registered Nurse with over 15 years in Emergency Medicine and Primary Care. Her personal journey through chronic illness, autoimmunity, and burnout led her to explore alternative therapies when conventional treatments fell short. Now, energy healing has become a foundation in her life and her mission to help others experience the profound, transformative benefits it can offer.

Jenna’s approach is rooted in the traditional Usui Reiki system, with a focus on harmonising mind, body, and spirit to support healing and overall well-being. Additionally, she is a Root Cause Specialist in autoimmune and chronic illness and holds certifications in Holistic Health Coaching, Life Coaching, Hypnosis, EFT, NLP, CBT, and Spiritual Life Coaching. Her blend of professional and personal experience allows her to offer an empathetic, expert approach to healing.
