I had the guy from Kenya, worst experience of my life. I asked for a simple mullet showed him a picture and he seemed confident enough. By the end of it he had messed it all up took 1.5 hours to cut hair!!! And kept being intrusive about my life. I tried to not interact with him but he wouldn’t keep it professional. Very unprofessional and very unwelcoming. The service was very underwhelming too from the get go. He was hostile ever since he saw me and he seemed like he was intoxicated.
The owner called me to resolve the issue and I really appreciate the initiative taken by him so I’m changing my stars but the review stands for the employee for future clients.
I’ve been a customer of Maurizio’s for years now. He’s highly professional, pays great attention to detail, and always follows the client’s requests carefully. Plus, it’s always a pleasure to have a chat. Highly recommended!
