Was waiting as there was a delay. But was relaxed throught the treatment and had a good chat with the lady while i was getting them done which made time go really quick. My eyelashes are lovely and very natural like i wanted

The people there could work on the collaboration with Treatwell, to know when a customer booked (because they paid already) so that they don't reappoint them. Also, it's not correct to ask for more money since I had a legally binding contract. I paid for the service and then to say the discount was wrong, that's not on me. Unfortunately, it's not an experience I'm willing to repeat. In other places where they care about their clients, they give little gifts for something like messing up your appointment, but here they asked for more money.
