Still lots of hair left behind what the lady has missed, then got my eyebrows waxed which were terrible and got acrylic nails which have fell off not even 2 days of having them and they looked as if a 7 year old had done them, terribly angry and disappointed as everything I had came up to £115 and she said that was a discount!! Will not be returning to this terrible salon.

Bani was very sweet but the manicure is awful. They are uneven, thick, different colours, the paint had gone patchy almost immediately.
She made me bleed several times and my nails feel bruised this morning.
I’m really confused as she was lovely and seemed to have so much experience. It might have just been an off day but I won’t be going back.
