Very efficient Hollywood wax with Nav who was very friendly. She put me at ease in a new salon. My only criticism was the slightly wobbly bench to lie on… felt like it was going to collapse! (But didn’t). And some background music might make it feel less quiet! Otherwise great. I’ll be going back now it’s my new local salon.

The colour was good. I only booked a colour but also asked for a cut when I arrived. I specifically told her if it's an issue I can come back another day but she insisted she could do it. ...all i asked for was a fringe trim and some layers. she cut my fringe SO crooked and uneven. and the layers look horrible, every strand of my hair is uneven and a different length. just horrible. i've never had a haircut this bad at a hair salon before. i will NEVER come back here !!!!
