I’m a regular customer for over two years, I come here every time to get my eyebrows threaded and sometimes a haircut. All staff members are very friendly and it’s a pleasant environment. However, recently it’s been a lot busier and noisier which is not there fault but I do feel like they are rushing with their clients, including myself.
One thing I disliked there were children in the salon running and making noise; didn’t seem like a salon. Usually they have a calm soothing music running in the back which helped the environment however it wasn’t played. Also pricing should be clear in the app as it is not specific and I had to pay extra in person. Therefore, be careful whilst booking online.
