Not thorough enough. Wax was too hot and even if I asked her several times to turn the heat down. The was applied was always thin and therefore more painful than any other waxings I've ever had and the beautician was just too quiet. I felt uncomfortable and only wanted to leave the venue asap. I won't be coming back.

Love my cut and colour, Cassandra talked me though what she was doing which was great as I have never had my hair done here before.
Have rebooked my next appointment and would recommend.
