I've been before and it's been fine. This time, it was extremely painful and rushed. Wax strands dripped over my arm and in my remaining bikini hair. Lots of hair still left, especially on the left hand side, which I couldn't see when I left but is really obvious.. And they claimed brazilian doesn't include doing the back which isn't true.

My hair looks awesome now so thank you for that. My only problem was that my hair was done by 2 ladies and only one was a professional. The other lady pulled my hair all the time, couldn’t cut my hair properly and also spent 1,5-2 hours dying half of my head (which wouldn’t be a problem if I were not paying for full head). Obviously when the pro lady arrived she finished my head in like 20 minutes. I just don’t understand why couldn’t they mention that I’ll get a beginner with 0 experience. In total it was fine especially for the price I paid but still it’s strange.
