Awful experience from start to finish. No greeting, just a cold gesture to sit. I booked online for £35, yet after washing my hair I was told it’d be £10 extra for length — never mentioned anywhere online. The stylist was rude, dismissive, and ignored everything I asked for, cutting my hair exactly how I said not to. When I asked her to refine it, she bluntly refused until i asked 3 times. Felt uncomfortable, unwelcome, and overcharged. Unprofessional, deceptive, and absolutely not worth it.
