Awful. She cut TOO much of my hair off. The left side kept being longer than the right side so she proceeded to cut off more on both every time. My hair is still not even. I wanted it to be cut up to my collarbone and now my hair is up to my jawline, so she took about 3 inches more off than I wanted. Worst of all, that’s when my hair is straight, when it’s curly it looks like I have a boys cut and I hate it. It’s a shame because I finally had some length to my hair. Never coming here again tbh
