When visiting a salon, you are pampering yourself, and you want to feel valued so a nice conversation would have been nice. Hair wash was quite short. No music or fun atmosphere, was quite boring but not terrible. The experience could been better but I’m very happy with the results.

Good threading, but this is the second time I’ve gone and been seen 20 mins after my app time. Appreciate they get busy, but then maybe the available appointment times should be staggered a bit more?
