The woman was so lovely, but this really was one of the worst waxes ever. It was very painful, huge chunks of hair left over (but I was done), and such bad ingrown hairs after.

Was really disappointed with the facial. There was no consultation about what type of skin I had. No information on the products used. Everything felt quite harsh. The steamer used was too hot & to begin with only used on one side of my face. The neck massage was really good and the saving grace of the treatment. Since leaving the salon my skin has come up in a rash / break out which is the sign of a bad facial. Shame as the people are lovely but just not worth the money.
