Waited 25 mins for my appointment and wasn’t given any reason other than lots of walk ins for the delay - I think appointments should be prioritised. The beautician wasn’t very friendly throughout, no music etc and although a good wax on front albeit quite painful, not great on the back. I won’t be returning - was all just a bit of a strange atmosphere
