Only threaded 1/5 of my face even though I paid for face and neck. Wanted to finish it by shaving it. Never had this before nor anyone else having an issue doing the whole thing. Tried to remove all of my Hollywood wax in one go and then finished it off with strip wax even though I paid for hot wax.
