Potentially the worst facial I’ve had. Didn’t ask me any questions about my skin or routine, in fact didn’t explain what she was doing once. Rubbed product into my eyes, left me in the room with a mask on for over 10 minutes. People came in and out of the room I was having my treatment in and the therapist’s phone kept ringing. I still have whiteheads so there wasn’t a very thorough extraction. Left the treatment with product around my nose and mouth. Won’t be returning unfortunately.
