My 10am booked eyelash tint appointment began late at 10:15. This was done in a reclined seat next to the reception and waiting area. Other salons I have visited were always in a private room. My prior patch test was also late and given incorrectly (hair dye, instead of eyelash tint).

I booked a “face” patch test with the salon and opted for any available person. My appointment was 10 minutes late and I was incorrectly given a patch test for hair dye instead of eyelashes, which was eventually rectified.
