The staff were nice and accommodating and offered me a hot drink as I was waiting for my appointment as I came in early. The massage itself was good, no complaints. The only thing is to bear in mind that you might hear the music from the salon part upstairs and the occasional activity, but if you are able to tune that out then there's no issues.
