Staff are all friendly and polite, and the venue is really good. The haircut however was ok at best (eg asked for a natural look at the back and got straight lines all over the place). The length is also much longer than I asked, so will probably need another haircut soon. The information also says it includes a hair wash, which isn’t true.

I love how this place is near work and I could get an appointment without booking days in advance. It was my first visit so I randomly selected Monica for my appointment. She was friendly and professional.
What could have been better? Perhaps have wax appointments done in the bigger room with a bit more light to see and more space to move around.
Overall, I was happy with the service and considering how convenient it's due to its location I'll visit again soon :)
