The pedicure was good overall, but very slow compared to other salons I have been to (closer to 1.5hrs excl drying, vs 1hr typically). Staff were lovely, however was a bit aggressive on my cuticles which was a concern.

Kind and friendly staff who tried to make me feel very comfortable. The actual gel manicure was well done (apart from a small cut) but all the staff were Italians who made the experience enjoyable.
