Didn’t even soak off/wrap remove my old gel just aggressively drilled it off and my nail with it. Filled my nails super short without even asking me what length I’d like, not evenly. Paint work wasn’t terrible, however I left with sore cuticles and really uneven lengths so I went straight to boots and bought a nail file to fix it myself.
