I had an an appointment at 12.10pm. I arrived at 11.50ish. Maria was talking to a colleague and confirmed appointment was at 12.10pm and carried on talking to her colleague. This was all right infront of me. Fair enough she has something to show him,but working in an opticians, if a customer is early and we are free ,we see the customer.
