One of my least positive experiences at BE U. The three staff members seemed to be in a bad mood. At no point did my technician explain what order she was going to do my eyebrow wax / tint and barked at me when asking whether I wanted ‘dark or light brown.’ While the shape of my brows is great, the tint is far too light considering I asked for it a little darker as I have an event next weekend. Didn’t appreciate the time of my appt changing throughout the week with no message or phone call too.
