I’ve emailed twice and tried to call before posting a review but I’ve had no luck so have no choice. My skin has been horrifically ripped during my leg wax appointment. It was incredibly painful during my appointment and I mentioned afterwards I think my skins been ripped but was told to put ice on it. I have emailed them photos and tried to ring but no answer. I will never be going again my legs are in bits.

Massage was lovely. There were a few issues with the pedicure and it took a lot longer than booking due to these issues - issues were resolved, maybe just a bad day?
