Was advised on the state of my nails before hand and how to care for them after. Manicure was properly done and is really lasting, I get so many compliments. The atmosphere is really chill and relaxed, the aesthetic is amazing. I was really comfortable and happy. Will 100% be back for some nail art next time too. x

Loved visiting Be The Queen Nail Salon! Amazing colour selection - got great glittery nails for the festive season, had a thorough manicure and pedicure and we had a lovely chat too! Will be coming back asap.

The staff was friendly, however, the treatment was terrible as the nails started cracking the day after I had it. They had mentioned during my treatment that if I was going to have any issues during the first 10 days after the appointment they would have been willing to redo it for free. I phoned them to book an appointment given the nails were in a terrible state, and they agreed to give me a second manicure for free. However, when I showed up at the place at the time agreed, the salon was CLOSED and no one was answering the phone. I then had to book two additional treatments on the same day, because the first place I visited was not equipped to take off what they had used on my nails – they informed me it wasn’t shellac but something harsher (it was evident by how hard it was to take off and how it was cracking on my nails). So I then had to book a second appointment somewhere they could use drill to take off the gel they had used without informing me – also quite dangerous as my nails are fragile and gel is too aggressive a treatment for them. After all the inconvenience and the time wasted, they refused to refund the treatment. Shout out to the Treatwell staff for issuing a refund to my account regardless, but I’ll never visit the salon again and I recommend everyone stays clear.
