Had to wait for 15 mins as they were understaffed but that's alright. Requested for chrome finish but I think the technique used to buff the chrome powder was wrong and I got a glittery finish instead. The girl who served me was good except that she cut my cuticles until some bled abit and now my cuticles kept peeling. The way she applied the gel polish (it was white) was abit weird and it turned out to be streaky but I wasn't bothered by it as I opted for a chrome finish. She also noticed that the polish on one of my nails had a dent and insisted that I have knocked onto it and didn't bother to fix it for me, and went ahead to apply the top coat. The 'chrome' finish started to chip at the ends of the nails the next day (appalling to me as I've done many gel nails and none of them budged for weeks unlike this!!!) They also had a disclaimer that if you aren't happy with your nails, they would redo it for you before you pay but I was in a rush due to the 15 mins that I had to wait thus I couldn't be bothered. However, it is reasonably priced and I'd only come back for a basic nail job that's all.
Since there seem to be only two staff people, I find I’m always forced to wait, which is super annoying; I also have to remind the woman doing my nails to trim away the dead skin, callouses, and cuticles, otherwise a really good pedicure - and will just call in advance to see if they’re running late
