I would advise booking Chen to experience this for yourself. It’s definitely hard to find someone with experience who is willing to offer you a consultation about what is suitable for your hair type whilst witnessing results.

As ever, Chen provides an excellent service, warm and friendly whilst doing an amazing job on my hair. She was attentive to my requests around shape and length, gave a lovely scalp massage and introduced me to some divine new products. I am delighted with my new haircut!
