Richard was very knowledgeable and patient with our little girls second ever haircut. He talked us through the effect of different hairstyles for a 3 year old to give us confidence in his recommendations. 100% will be coming back, thank you Richard.

This was my 13yo daughter’s first ever hair dressing appointment (I usually just trim at home). Richard turned her hair into a mass of knots during washing then spent the entire appointment trying to untangle the mess he made: it took over an hour. He then trimmed her hair and we left (by choice) with her hair still wet, tears in her eyes and a lot of scalp pain from him pulling at the tangles. I have no words for how bad this experience was.
