The first time I’ve left a salon feeling truly listened to! Richard took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered great advice, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Really happy with my hair! He worked with exactly what I wanted and talked me through everything as he was doing it, which made me feel really comfortable and confident throughout.
