This was my 13yo daughter’s first ever hair dressing appointment (I usually just trim at home). Richard turned her hair into a mass of knots during washing then spent the entire appointment trying to untangle the mess he made: it took over an hour. He then trimmed her hair and we left (by choice) with her hair still wet, tears in her eyes and a lot of scalp pain from him pulling at the tangles. I have no words for how bad this experience was.

Richard has been doing my hair for over 30 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I leave the salon not just looking better than when I walked in but feeling better too as time with Richard is a real treat. His attention to me, what I want and need, is second to none. Red carpet treatment for each of his clients - and always with a chance to laugh and put the world to rights.

Great salon, Richard was welcoming and took the time to discuss what I wanted from a hair cut and what would work for me. His passion for styling hair shone through and I left the salon with a lot more shape and life in my hair. Highly recommend
