The place is chaotic and all the utensils used were un sanitised, as well as the washing basins, and a kettle has been used to add hot water. My nail polish got ruined as they didn’t let me wait enough time. Over all one of the worst experiences I’ve had in London so far. However, the technician was nice even if she doesn’t speak English.

I have nothing but great things to say about this salon and the stylist in particular. Sylvia was very welcoming, friendly and professional. She gave me and my daughter exactly what we wanted and made us feel so comfortable, talked us through it and we left smiling. We would definitely be back and
Cheap price, equally cheap service.
To begin with, I highlighted that I had regular nail polish on my nails, which was removed with an electric nail file as opposed to soaking it off,hence damaging my nails.
The shape of every nail was different after the treatment and I had to file them all when I got home.
The place was untidy and dirty. I did not even get given a manicure cushion during the treatment.
Very unwelcoming staff.
will not be coming back.
