Clean, nice environment and ambience, friendly staff. Didn’t feel the facial was as thorough as expected and essentially consisted of my face being massaged, at times quite painfully on pressure points! Not the cleansing experience I’d hoped for (I was told my skin definitley needed the £50 facial soon) ,but if all you want is a bit of a pick-me-up then it’s fine.
