Hanna is honestly the best at what she does. She is always so professional whilst being a genuinely lovely person. Very kind and very good- my wax should have hurt a lot more than it did- she is also very patient and will take her time if you, like me, can be a little bit of a princess. Couldn't recommend her enough.
