My lash lift was really great! But what marred the experience was the treatment was done in a chair for 1.5hrs with no back support so I got a sore back. Other LVLs you lie flat on a bed. There was a bed in the side room but there were people in there chatting with the door open, so it wasn't relaxing. I also was worried about covid hygiene as she didn't test my temperature and ask me to use hand sani when I arrived even though she had the equipment there. She did wear a mask though.
