The staff didn’t know about the booking and called a few people to confirm. Then allowed me in but made me wait for 10 minutes in the room with no info. I explained the body part that needed attention but the person focused on the other part. The session also finished earlier than planned

The girls at this centre are absolutely amazing. They are not only incredibly kind but are insane at massages. I really recommend to come to this spa as you will get a proper, real massage.

Not much to say really, just disappointing in a number of ways and would not recommend. But the staff had a friendly way about them when communicating which was the plus side.
