Great price for threading: £5 promotion, but I left with one eyebrow bushy, and the other done. The thread kept on catching - whether it was not threading string, the girl wasn't holding properly or something else, my eyes were tearing up a huge amount. I wouldn't recommend threading here until they've had more practice.
hard to find the venue at first (they have 3 shops i think). had my eyebrows threaded in about 2 minutes, very quick job, no fussing, no high quality customer service, but absolutely fine for me as i literally just wanted my eyebrows threaded quickly :) thanks, i will be back.
I sent my mum there to have acupuncture done but they only used 5 needles and 2 of them fell out so there wasn't any really acupuncture treatment and they did not give cupping treatment saying she doesn't need it. Mum said it was a waste of time and felt no difference.
I have bought a number of Wahanda Mobile Deals over the past three and I've always been pleasantly suprised by the value for money from these offers. On this occassion I was shocked by the service and treatment I received at this venue. I arrived at what seemed to be a typical Chinese medicine retail shop. At the reception it didn't seem like the kind of place I'd have a holistic treatment, it was like a shop on the high street. I was taken to a room which felt unhygienic, it was cluttered like a store room at the back of a high street sweet shop. The therapist went through a checklist of questions regarding my health relating to the accupuncture I was about to have. I was supposed to have 30 min accupunture and 15 mins of cupping. The therapist decided I didn't need cupping, so I agreed having to have 45 mins of accupunture. As we went through the checklist I felt the therapist was using every opportunity to sell me something I didn't need. When the treatment was started the therapist didn't explain anything in terms of what to expect or what was to be achieved. So in have the needles on my forehead and feet I felt so anxious because I didn't know what would happen next. After 15 minutes the therapist reappeared she finished by giving me a 20 second head massage. I felt I was disregarded as a customer as I had a voucher and only paid a fraction of the real price. I was completely shocked and disgusted by my experience at this venue. I wouldn't ever consider paying full price at this venue or even buying a cut price introductory offer.
spend more time then expected so thats good. good consultation and explaing well. offered to buy stuff to help me. acupunture was good, lots of needles. cupping was really quick and the massage too but was good overall.
