Do not book this place at the last minute - I turned up for my pre-paid appointment and they claimed I didn't have one. Turned out that the manager who is based in China needs to approve it!! It was very stressful as I waited for them to get hold of manager as they wouldn't give me my money back. In the end, I finally got my massage which was very intense and good but it wasn't worth it for everything I had to go to for it!
Rather strange experience overall - I booked on Treatwell and the venue had no record of the booking and no idea that I had paid via Treatwell, so I was glad that they just took my word for it. The treatment room was small but clean. However, the therapist wore latex gloves to do reflexology. Maybe it's my stinking feet but the tradition is to use hot towels to clean my feet first and not wear gloves. It was only a 20 min treatment - if it were longer, I definitely would have say no. Not a good sensation to have rubber rubbing against your skin!
