Absolutely shocking the therapist at the salon did not know I had an appointment which was booked in advanced
There was no consultation done she was in and out partway through my treatment answering the phone and serving other customer so hands where not washed whilst coming back to my facial, There was no aftercare advice and to say I have very sensitive skin, I was insulted about my appearance on a number of occasions by this therapist, I have tried to get in touch with the salon manger

The worst Hollywood experience I’ve ever had. So painful, the wax seemed cheap to what I have had at other places and was so stringy and so difficult to pull off. Had to stop before it was finished as it was too painful. Small bits of wax were left on and I had to get them off myself. Won’t be returning here
