This is my 2nd wax here. First one a few weeks ago was very painful but I thought it was due to the fact that it was months since I had waxed. This time it was quite painful again. I believe the wax BB uses is not good quality. Also her technique needs improvement. She is quite rough and left me with a nasty bruise. A week later, I’ve notches there are many patches of hair she didn’t take out. It’s quite cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I will be going back to my old waxing place.
