I asked for a relaxing treatment but the Hydrafacial tool was used on my face (which the description on the website does not state will happen), then a product was put on my face that stung. This was followed by the least relaxing face massage I've ever had, very fast and rough. At the end my face was bright red and I felt so conspicuous on the way home. I've had many facials and never left with a bright red face. I emailed the salon to give them a chance to respond but they haven't replied.
