Located on Hope Street, this venue provides a welcoming environment dedicated to sports massage, movement assessments and rehabilitation-focused care. Whether you are recovering from training, managing aches and pains, or looking to improve athletic performance, every treatment is tailored to your unique goals.
At Functional Lab Battersea, we specialise in sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, strength & conditioning and personalised training programmes for both performance and rehabilitation.
Our approach starts with a detailed physical assessment, looking at movement, strength and physical capacity to understand your individual needs and goals. From there, we work together to establish the most appropriate action plan.
We believe in a hands-on and active approach, combining clinic-based manual and soft tissue work with strength & conditioning, exercise progression and structured programme periodisation where appropriate. Whether your goal is to return to training, improve performance or simply move and feel better, our aim is to provide a clear and individualised pathway to get you there.
