The service feels a bit fast-foody, everytime I’d go I’d spend about £100-150+ on services because I love that there’s a spot that is all-in-one (nails, feet, wax, lashes etc) but I only go for the efficiency, the customer service espc from the nails team is horrific, got shouted at and witnessed someone else being shouted at for paying via transfer rather than cash after spending so much and being a loyal customer but after my last visit I won’t be going back again, taking my money elsewhere

I had a mani pedi which was great. I’ve had so many compliments about it and I went in with 2 broken nails, which they sorted so well you can’t tell at all.
