When I walked in the pregnant female asked do I have an appointment I replied yes 3:30. She then demanded sit there! I replied you can hold on & there's also a way to talk to people. I've noticed previously she has no manners in how she talks to customers. I wasn't quite happy with my nail shape as they were not all shaped the same even though I purposely left it 8wks between treatments. This time it was done by the older lady. I would prefer to book with specific staff members by name not 01
