Not a great experience. First wax in a long time and so expected some explanation of what to expect but was just sent to the back room and told to undress and wait. Wax burnt me and was left with a wonky hair pattern. When I asked for it to be fixed my waxer became defensive and said that is was my fault because I moved but didn’t offer to fix it.
