I don't know if I had nail tech #5. But I do know I had Kim. She took over from another girl a few minutes after my feet had gone into the water. She made me feel relaxed & calm. Her massage technique is on point. It felt great. By the time I left it was just myself & 1 other customer & we were all having a great conversation about travelling, different treatments etc. It made my visit even more enjoyable as it was so busy when I first walked through the door over a hr early. I want Kim again.

I come here a lot but have had a terrible experience and will not be returning. The man who was doing my nails was dismissive and rude - I had to file my own nails in the end too. Started to clean the sink when I was still sat down. Very disappointed
