Awful experience! 25 mins late due to overbooking, for a rushed set of short plain acrylics which are adequate at most. They look quite cheap. Tech sanded down nails with drill throughout the app right to my cuticles & kept using his own nails to push down too so nails have been super sore since. They then tried to charge me extra for gels despite choosing a colour from the selection they gave to me when I sat down. Really need to work on your customer service and quality of nails on a busy day
