I wouldn’t usually do this however I needed my acrylics removed and was left with a split thumb nail. To take off my thumb nail they used a plastic acrylic tip to get under my nail and pull it off (could have done that at home) which led to my thumb nail splitting and bleeding. It took me to say “ouch that really hurts” for them to stop. They then removed my other nails properly. The girl sat next to me also had 3 bleeding nails from the same things. Will not be returning.
